World Medicine’s Quality Control Laboratories check if products meet expected quality values in every phase of the production process, from the sourcing of the raw materials to the completion of the final product in accordance with the international regulations on the production and checks of pharmaceuticals.
Checks are conducted with chemical and microbiological methods, using state-of-the-art technology.

Processes in the Microbiological Control Laboratory:

  • Quantification tests are performed with digital reading and calculation equipment.
  • Bacteria identifications are analyzed using Q-TOF technology.
  • Counting tests are performed with the help of the state-of-the-art equipment in the digital evaluation.

Processes in Chemical Control Laboratory:

  • Quantification and impurity analysis HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), U-HPLC (Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography),
  • Residue Solvent Analyses (Gas Chromatography),
  • Chemical analyses are still conducted with high tech equipment.

Our "Documentation" team, which follows current publications and guides us in our studies, and is responsible for preparing our procedures and keeping them updated, works in our Quality Control Department. A "Technical Support" team also works in the laboratory to ensure work continuity. A "Laboratory Equipment Qualification" team follows developments pertaining to analytic equipment and follows the qualification, maintenance and calibration of our equipment to ensure we obtain continuous and accurate results during the analysis.

Thanks to its well-informed and experienced management staff, our Quality Control Department has opened its doors to young graduates qualified in the fields of chemistry and biology, while also recruiting experienced personnel.
